Breaking Bad‘s Mark Margolis is ringing in the new year with a magical new role.

EW can confirm that Margolis, who played Hector Salamanca on Breaking Bad, will star in an upcoming episode of NBC’s Constantine as Felix Faust.
Faust should be a recognizable name to DC Comics fans, as the sorcerer has primarily been a foe fighting against the Justice League. He does have ties to Constantine in The New 52-era of the exorcist’s adventures. He’s one of several DC staples to appear or be hinted at on the show, including a nod to Doctor Fate, and the appearance of Jim Corrigan, the Spectre, earlier this season.

Faust has appeared in animated form on DC shows like Justice League and Batman: The Brave and the Bold, but this is his first live-action appearance.
Margolis will debut as Faust in “Quid Pro Quo,” which airs Jan. 23. In the episode, John investigates why thousands of people across Brooklyn have fallen into a mysterious coma, and Chas’ daughter is among them. Constantine returns to NBC on Friday, Jan. 16 at 8 p.m.
